Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mamata Foundation values the support of its donors and is committed to utilizing donations effectively for charitable and social welfare activities.

1. Donations

All donations made to Mamata Foundation are voluntary and are used to support the organization’s charitable programs, projects, operational activities, and beneficiary welfare initiatives.

2. Refund Policy

As donations are made voluntarily for charitable purposes, donations once made are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Donors are requested to carefully verify all information, including the donation amount, before completing the transaction.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate donation transactions.

  • Multiple charges resulting from a technical error.

  • Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor.

  • Any payment gateway processing error resulting in an unintended donation.

Any such request shall be reviewed by Mamata Foundation on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Request Procedure

If a donor believes a donation qualifies for review, they must submit a written request within 7 days of the transaction date, providing:

  • Donor Name

  • Contact Number

  • Transaction ID

  • Donation Amount

  • Date of Transaction

  • Reason for Refund Request

Mamata Foundation reserves the right to request additional information for verification purposes.

5. Approval of Refund Requests

Approval or rejection of any refund request shall be at the sole discretion of Mamata Foundation after reviewing the circumstances and supporting documentation.

The decision of Mamata Foundation regarding refund requests shall be final.

6. Processing Time

Where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

7. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation transaction has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled by the donor through the website.
